Blueberries and bananas conspire together to hide the green color of the kale. Add soymilk (or any other nut milk), orange juice, water, and whatever else you want. If you wanted more protein, you could throw in chickpeas or chia seeds, flax seeds or even tofu. Endless possibilities.

One of the most helpful tools in the kitchen is a bread machine/maker. I made a quick video about how I make bread in the bread maker. This particular model can make all sorts of bread and dough. It also makes yogurt and jams, if you can imagine!.
