What’s the next best thing to a physical book? A Kindle book. Digital books have one advantage over physical books: they don’t take much space. You cannot go wrong with any one of these. We have several Kindle Paperwhites and a Fire Tablet. It’s time for an upgrade. I am very curious about the Kindle Colorsoft and I may write to Santa about one of these this year. 🙂 This new type of Kindle has great reviews already and promises to eliminate glare in all types of light (and modes of transportation) while giving you colorful images.

About Wireless Charging
At this juncture, we must also consider this question: how would you like to charge your Kindle? Through a power chord or a charging dock? The answer depends on your lifestyle. The Signature Edition Kindles (both Paperwhite and Colorsoft) have wireless charging.
Do you want to mess with a cable or would you rather have a charging dock on your desk or nightstand? That’s the question you need to answer before deciding if the extra cost fits your routines.
Kindle Unlimited
With a Kindle Unlimited subscription, you unlock a lot of book titles for less. Again, if your family travels a lot or if you are simply running out of bookshelves (I know the feeling!), a Kindle Unlimited subscription makes a lot of sense.
